cosfest ix!

spent the whole weekend (jul 3, 4) covering the cosfest ix event at downtown east. it was exhausting! walking around all day long with my super heavy cam trying to get the ‘shot’. it was a huge turnout! the place is packed with cosplayers and of course, photographers! sigh, seriously, the number of photographers turning out on these events seems to be doubling each year. i saw a little girl (like 12 yrs old) hand-holding a DSLR, for real! some folks even brought studio lights… wth!

i was supposed to meet with a couple of friends, rotch (magnetic rose) and rael. unfortunately for rotch, she couldn’t fly in… well no worries rotch, i’ll feed ya with tons of photos from the event
